He was born on July 8, 1969, in Safranbolu. After completing his elementary education at Safranbolu Bağlar Elementary School, his middle school education at TED Karabük College, and his high school education at Demir Çelik High School, he was admitted to the Faculty of Dentistry at Hacettepe University in 1987 and graduated in 1992.
Following this, he worked alongside Dr. Ümit Ülküer in Ankara for 1.5 years before leaving to fulfill his military service. In 1995, he returned to his hometown of Karabük and opened his first clinic.
During the same period, while serving in the public sector from 2004 to 2011, he served on the Establishment and Operation Commission of the Karabük Oral and Dental Health Center in 2006 and simultaneously continued his duties as Deputy Chief Physician at the Karabük Oral and Dental Health Center. He was also awarded a “Certificate of Appreciation” by the then-Governor of Karabük, Can DİREKÇİ, for his work on the “Dental-Friendly Province of Karabük Project” alongside his colleagues.
Since 2010, he has been working as a dentist and serving as the Director at the Denta Karabük Oral and Dental Health Clinic, which he co-founded with Dentist Ali Burak Yücel. Dentist Onur KEPEZ is married and the father of two children, and he is fluent in English.

Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Dentistry: Aims to boost the patient’s self-confidence through procedures such as smile design, porcelain veneers, bonding (aesthetic fillings), and gum contouring.
Implant and Prosthodontics: (Restoring missing teeth with natural root and crown structures to restore chewing function and aesthetics); This is among the clinic’s areas of expertise.

After graduating from Ayvalık High School in 1988, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Dentistry at Ankara University in 1995 and earned a master’s degree in “Healthcare Administration” from Turkish Aeronautical Association University in 2013.
Between 2000 and 2020, he worked as a manager at various levels in the public sector in Karabük Province. He began his role as Chief Physician during the establishment phase of the SSK 5000 Homes Prosthetics Center and continued in this capacity at Şirinevler State Hospital. In 2006, he served on the Commission for the Establishment and Launch of the Karabük Oral and Dental Health Center. He also served as Deputy Chief Physician and Chief Physician at the same institution. For the “Dental-Friendly Province of Karabük Project” he led there, he and his colleagues were awarded a “Certificate of Appreciation” by Can DİREKÇİ, the Governor of Karabük at the time.
In 2012, while concurrently serving as Deputy Director of Health and Head of the Emergency Health Services Department at the Karabük Provincial Health Directorate, he continued to serve as Acting Director of Health at the same institution in 2013. In 2014, as part of a joint project with AFAD, abroad; he conducted studies in the cities of Finland (Helsinki), Estonia (Tallinn), and Latvia (Riga).
In 2015, he continued his duties as the Responsible Physician during the construction and opening phases of the Karabük Oral and Dental Health Hospital. At the same institution, in January 2020, he was involved in efforts to establish the operating room and enable dental treatments for individuals with disabilities under general anesthesia.
In 2010, he co-founded the Denta Karabük Oral and Dental Health Clinic alongside Dentist Onur KEPEZ. Since May 2024, he has been working as a dentist at the same location.
Believing that oral and dental health services can achieve success by blending a general and multidisciplinary approach, and that individual and societal awareness is the most beautiful gift to be left for future generations, Dentist Ali Burak YÜCEL is married and the father of two children.

Orthopedic Dentistry: (Functional Jaw Orthopedics) Correcting structural issues such as the jaws being positioned too far forward, backward, or narrow relative to the skull base by repositioning the jawbone—either before moving the teeth or in conjunction with tooth movement—without moving the teeth themselves.
Orthodontics: (Correcting crooked teeth, malocclusions (overbite/underbite), and jaw misalignments using braces, clear aligners, or appliances to provide an aesthetic smile, healthy chewing, and proper speech function)
Implant and Prosthodontics: (Restoring missing teeth with natural root and crown structures to restore chewing function and aesthetics); implant-supported prostheses are among the clinical areas of interest.
